UK Orders are usually sent within 1-2 working days (unless another dispatch time is stated for a particular product) via Royal Mail 1st Class delivery. Depending on the value of the order, the order may be sent using Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For, Royal Mail 24 Tracked or Parcelforce 24. This will depend on the weight and value of the order.
International orders are sent via Royal Mail Airmail delivery. This is a standard delivery service which can take 5-7 days for Europe (sometimes longer for further countries) and between 7-14 days for Rest of the World countries. RETURNSIf you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item(s) to us in their original condition within 14 days of receipt. Items should be returned in their original packaging with a copy of the invoice and a note stating reason for return.
