In Good Condition.
The set is almost complete. Garden plants, stickers and outdoor bench seat are missing.
Carton No 1
All construction parts of the cottage are present and in good order including original instructions. The windows all have their original clear plastic and these are not scratched or dirty they are almost as new. Infact the condition of the plastic all round is excellent and has hardly been played with.
Only breaks I can see are one tab on the back door over hang roof but it still clips into place with the existing tab and one of the veranda hand rails has lost its pegs but could be easily glued into place. No previous repairs.
Cardboard base is in excellent condition.
The gorgeous vintage box is still in good condion. No tape and still has its tabs but has some wear from storage. Please see photos to check you are happy.
A rare, loved and well cared for set looking for a new home.
