Fire Escape 10ft Ladder

It is important to plan an escape route if the worst happens and a fire threatens. Designed by firefighters, the X-IT Escape Ladder clamps to the wall and not the sill, so can safety support the weight of 3 adults. Made of rust-free steel tubing and folds compact for storage in a cupboard or under the bed. When unfurled, ladder locks rigid so it won't swing or twist and can be set to clear balconies below if need be. Adjusts to fit external walls up to 53cmD and windows from 28cmW. 10ft (1-storey) weighs 6.7kg. Measures approx. 30cm x 50cm when closed. Allow 2 weeks for delivery.
